Perry Hall High School announced its Athetic Director Bobby Hruz has been recognized as a Certified Master Athletics Administrator.
According to the school, Hruz graduated from Perry Hall in 1991 and began coaching in 1993.
He has been teaching at the school for 29 years and has served as Athletic Director for the last 15 years.
The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) said in a press release that Hruz was named a Certified Master Athletic Administrator as he
“demonstrated exemplary knowledge, contributions and on-going professional development in the field of interscholastic athletic administration.”
“The voluntary certification process included a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s educational background, experience, NIAAA Leadership Training Courses and professional contributions. It is culminated with a practical written or oral presentation project,” said a statement from NIAAA.
“Robert M Hruz is one of a very elite group of interscholastic athletic administrators nationwide to attain this level of professionalism.”
