Beginning November 7, weather permitting, a portion of the southeast I-695 Outer Loop will be closed beginning at Exit 43.
I-695 Outer Loop through traffic must exit onto MD 158/Bethlehem Boulevard and return to the Outer Loop at the Bethlehem Boulevard on-ramp.
Access to I-695 Outer Loop from Broening Highway remains open via existing turnaround; there is no stopping or parking along the loop road.
Weather permitting, the I-695 Inner Loop and Exit 43 will reopen later this fall. The Inner Loop will carry one lane of traffic through the I-695 Sparrows Point project work zone.
The Maryland Transportation Authority is continuously evaluating roadway conditions as the project progresses.
