UPDATE-Perry Hall and Eastern Tech volleyball teams both made it to their respective state semifinals and both teams lost in that round.
Eastern Tech advanced to the 2A State Semifinals by beating Douglas High at their home court on Saturday 3-0. They lost to Centennial on Tuesday at Thomas Johnson High School in Frederick. Centennial upset Sparrows Point in the state quarterfinals.
Perry Hall made their run to the 4A State Semifinals by winning at Charles H Flowers High School 3-2 in the state quarterfinals on Saturday. The Gators lost to Broadneck on Tuesday.
