Dundalk High School football head coach Tom Abel announced he is resigning after three seasons.
“Thank you for an amazing run! After much thought I have decided to step down as Head Football Coach at Dundalk High School,” Abel wrote on his Twitter page.
“Words cannot express the feelings I have right now. Thank you for believing in me. It’s been a pleasure to be your coach.”
Abel took over for Matt Banta before the start of the 2022 season. Abel took the Owls to the 4A State Semifinals in 2022.
