BCPS Schools Late, But Two Schools Closed All Day
Baltimore County Public Schools announced it is opening two hours late, but the school system announced that Sandy Plains Elementary in Dundalk and Hawthorne Elementary in Middle River are closed. Sandy Plains has no heat and a water main break was reported at Hawthorne.
