UPDATE-Tony Franklin has been located. Baltimore County Police reported that 47-year-old Tony Franklin (6’0 203lbs) is missing. Last seen in the Rosedale area wearing a blue Panera Bread work Shirt, navy blue work pants, white Nike Air max sneakers. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 410-887-5000.
