The Office of Councilman David Marks is telling motorists to avoid East Joppa Road east of Chapel Hill Elementary in Perry Hall as a tree is blocking one lane.
The Councilman reported the incident on Saturday before 8 p.m.
Marks added that his office reported the trew to the police and Bureau of Highways.
