US National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington reports Heat Advisories have been issued for a large chunk of the region from on Saturday, June 22 from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Expected heat index values will sit between 102-108 degrees with air temperatures in the mid to upper 90s.
Use caution if spending long periods of time outdoors.
