Baltimore County Councilman David Marks announced that the derelict home that burned on Aug. 5 on Carrington Drive has been bulldozed and the remains cleared from the site.
The long-neglected home was on the demolition list when it went up in flames, sparking a blaze that took several hours for firefighters to extinguish. Councilman Marks said he has aggressively pushed for the entire property to be cleared.
“I would like to thank the Department of Permits, Approvals, and Inspections for their help getting this resolved,” Councilman Marks commented. “It’s unfortunate that so much work has to go into addressing situations like this.”
