Baltimore County officers responded to the unit block of Chelmsford Court in Middle River on Monday night after reports of shots fired.
When officers arrived, they located two males inside a parked vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.
The 18-year-old who was injured remains in stable condition. The 17-year-old is in critical but stable condition.
