Update- Baltimore County Police report around 1 p.m..that the barricade situation in Dundalk has been resolved and schools in that area are no longer on lockdown. More information will be provided.
Baltimore County Police are responding to an armed barricaded subject in the area of Gray Manor Terrace in Dundalk.
The incident was reported Tuesday at 9:04 a.m.
Residents in the area are being asked to shelter in place – away from windows and exterior doors.
There is currently a police presence in the area of German Hill Road and Gray Manor Terrace in Dundalk.
As a safety precaution, everyone is asked to avoid the area as officers work to resolve this matter.
As a result of this situation the following schools are on lockdown: Battle Grove & Charlesmont elementary schools and General John Stricker Middle School.
