Homicide detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department have arrested 29-year-old Sulman Villalta-Zelaya in the fatal stabbing of 29-year-old Kevin Murcua-Regalado that occurred Sunday, Jan. 28 in the 1400 block of Fuselage Avenue in Middle River.
Villalta-Zelaya has been charged with first-degree murder.
He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
