Baltimore County Police reported officers were requested at Kenwood High School in reference to a reported disturbance on Thursday around 12:05 p.m.
Officers located one juvenile suffering from multiple stab wounds inside the Essex school.
The male victim has been transported to an area hospital.
A second student has been detained in reference to this investigation. A temporary lockdown at the school has been lifted.
