Officers with the Baltimore County Police Department were called to the Weis Supermarket on Holabird Avenue for an attempted domestic kidnapping that had just occurred on Sunday, Aug. 6 around 6:30 p.m.
When officers responded to the location, they were provided a description of the suspect’s vehicle that had fled the scene.
A short time later, the suspect was apprehended and placed under arrest. This was an isolated incident that stemmed from a domestic dispute. Officers located the victim in the area uninjured and safe.
