Baltimore County Police Homicide detectives arrested and charged 37-year-old Gregory Graham with first-degree murder in connection with the homicide that occurred on March 4.
Police responded to the Essex area of Honeywood Place and Sugarwood Circle, approximately 6:10 p.m., after a shotspotter report.
When officers arrived, they located an adult female who sustained a gunshot wound. Stacy Cooper, 49, was later pronounced deceased at the scene.
Gregory Graham is currently held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
