Homicide detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department arrested 46-year-old Eddie Workman Jr. in a homicide that occurred Wednesday, Nov. 15.
Workman remains held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center, charged with first-degree murder.
Officers from the Baltimore County Police Department’s Essex Precinct responded to the area of S. Seneca and New Section Road in Middle River in reference to an unresponsive subject on Nov. 15.
When officers arrived, they located 36-year-old Kenneth W. Workman III. Mr. Workman, who had suffered trauma to the upper body, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
