Baltimore County Police responded to the 10000 block of Belair Road in Kingsville in reference to the discovery of a body on Jan. 1 around 8:25 a.m.
Once on scene, officers located a deceased adult male. The victim was identified as 32-year-old Jose Caceras-Santos. This case remains part of an ongoing investigation.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have information about this crime, or the individual(s) who committed it to contact police at 410-307-2020. Callers may remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward when submitting tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.
