Baltimore County detectives were conducting a joint investigation in the 700 block of Middle River Road. on Wednesday around 7 a.m.
While at the location, detectives located a suspicious device that was believed to be an explosive.
The Baltimore County Police Department’s Hazardous Device Team determined the device was not a threat.
