On Wednesday Nov. 2, Baltimore County detectives arrested and charged 44-year-old Stephan Vaughan, 39-year-old Frank Richardson, and 34-year-old Kobe Smith in reference to the recent pry bar burglaries that have occurred throughout Baltimore County.
The three suspects are facing several charges including Second Degree Burglary, Destruction of Property, Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and several theft charges.
They are currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
