Two Suspects Arrested in White Marsh Shooting

Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department arrested two suspects in connection with the April 10 shooting that occurred in White Marsh.

Detectives have determined the shooting occurred on White Marsh Boulevard between Bel Air Road and Perry Hall Boulevard. The shooting happened as the suspects pulled along the victim’s car and began to fire several shots into the driver’s side window, which caused the victim’s vehicle to crash.

52-year-old Michael A. Carthen and a 17-year-old juvenile face multiple charges, including attempted murder, assault, and use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence. Both suspects are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
