Wise Avenue Volunteer Fire Company reported a motor vehicle accident occurred that involved an apparatus from their station last night around 7:15 p.m.
Here is the statement from Wise Avenue VFC.
“Engine 272 was enroute to a reported structure fire with emergency lights, sirens, and air horns activated when the driver was forced to take evasive action to prevent a potential collision with another vehicle. Although a collision occurred, the operator’s actions helped prevent a more serious outcome.
“Fortunately, no individuals sustained life-threatening injuries. Four people, including one member of the Wise Avenue Volunteer Fire Company, were transported to nearby hospitals for evaluation.
“The Baltimore County Police Department is currently investigating the accident. No further details are available at this time.”
