Back River Restoration Committee reports Baltimore County DEPS is planning to conduct the first round of helicopter applications of midge treatment on the upper and lower Back River this week as well as Bear Creek.
The application is scheduled to start about 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, and the afternoon of Thursday, weather permitting.
The timing and dates are dependent on changing wind and weather conditions and may be adjusted.
