Baltimore County Fire Investigators said that a Saturday morning Middle River fire was caused by an electrical failure.
According to the report, the charging of E-bikes led to the fire in the 9800 block of Decatur Road before 6 a.m.
It was reported that one resident and one firefighter were sent to area hospitals.
Nine adults and five children were displaced by the fire.
