Baltimore County Police held their 10th annual Cops & Kids Baseball for children in Dundalk last week.
This annual camp program is made possible through the efforts of retired Baltimore County Police Officer Shawn “Spike” McElfish, who passed away this past December.
In honor of McElfish’s legacy, Precinct 12-Dundalk presented the Spike McElfish Award to a camper who exemplified sportsmanship, leadership, and confidence throughout the week.
Noah Draper was named this year’s recipient.
