Volunteers at Angel Park in Perry Hall reported that the playground was vandalized sometime on Friday, Aug. 19 between 10:45 and midnight. Here is the official statement from the Angel Park Facebook page:
We are so very grateful for the support of our community. Within a very short time we have identified the person/persons who may have more information about this incident.
Thank you to the police officers who are actively investigating this incident, the volunteers who have already started the cleanup process and the community members who came forward with information.
Collectively we can keep our community safe and allow Angel Park to remain a special place for all.
The Baltimore County Police Department (BCPD) believes this individual may have knowledge of the damage that occurred to the Angel Park Playground in Perry Hall between 10:45pm and 12am on Saturday, August 20, 2022.
BCPD wants this person or anyone that knows him to contact BCPD at 410-887-2222. BCPD would like to speak to this individual.
For our Angel Park neighbors, please check your home security cameras for this time period and let us know if you see anything suspicious or had any vandalism during this time. The BCPD is actively investigating the vandalism.
