Edgemere Bait and Tackle will hold its 3rd annual youth fishing tournament this weekend.
It is a two-day weekend event and is being held June 22 & June 23.
The start time is 6 a.m. Saturday morning and you can fish all the until 4 p.m. on Sunday. Scales close at 5p.m. on Sunday.
There will be three categories. Catfish, white perch and snakehead. The winners will be decided by the overall length of the largest fish for each category. If there is a tie in the length it will be decided by the weight!
There will be a 1st 2nd and 3rd place for each division.
All participants will receive a prize! The entry fee is $10 per entry must be 16 and under. All public waters in Maryland are open to fishing and you must follow all Maryland DNR regulations!
