The Oliver Beach Improvement Association will celebrate its hall’s grand opening on Saturday, May 31 at 11 a.m.
Councilman David Marks said this community hall was damaged in a fire last year.
“Since last spring, our office has worked with the Oliver Beach Improvement Association to restore the community hall damaged in a devastating fire,” Marks said.
“OBIA President Carol Hart and her team, and Essex Middle River Civic Association President Josh Sines, have spent countless hours on this project. Aided by a grant from Baltimore County, the hall will reopen stronger and better than ever.”
This event will have light refreshments, cake, music and a chance to meet officers.
The community hall is located at 13203 Susquehanna Road.
