National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington reported a Flood Watch has been issued for the area from Friday at 7 p.m. through Saturday at 4 a.m.
“This is for the risk of flash flooding given the potential of multiple rounds of storms, some of which may produce up to two to three inches of rain,” NWS Baltimore/Washington said in a statement.
