The elected officials who represent the Bird and Middle Rivers will hold a Zoom briefing on Thursday, May 29 at 7 p.m. to update the community on next steps in addressing the midge problem.
Councilman David Marks, Senator J.B. Jennings, Delegates Ryan Nawrocki and Kathy Szeliga, and County Executive Kathy Klausmeier are working together to look at options.
The Maryland Waterways Foundation has also been consulted.
The Zoom meeting can accommodate up to 100 participants.
