The Maryland Association of Coaches of Soccer announced their All-State players for Maryland in 2022. An All-State Banquet was held on Monday, Feb. 6 at BWI Airport Marriott where winners received certificates.
Dom Dubon, a senior forward at Sparrows Point High School, was the only local boy to be named All-State.
Emma Koller, a senior forward at Eastern Tech High School and Kamryn Williams, a senior forward at Perry Hall High School were named to the Girls All-State team.
Laci Bell, a senior midfield at Sparrows Point High School, was named to the second-team Girls All-State.
Hunter Bennett of Parkville High School and Deonte Glascoe of Chesapeake High School were given Spirit of Soccer Awards by the Maryland Association of Coaches of Soccer for playing soccer for Baltimore Howard County Allied Programs.
