According to the Perry Hall High School Athletics Page, Eastern Tech softball picked up a big home win over Perry Hall 7 to 4 on Monday.
Perry Hall started with a 2 to 0 lead when Gator Jenna Neff doubled in two runs in the third inning.
Eastern Tech came right back and scored two runs in the bottom of the inning. The Mavericks took the lead 4-2 in the fifth on a two-run homer.
The Baltimore Sun reported Sydney Weaver hit the homerun. Eastern Tech put the game away in the sixth inning when Audrey Coker drove in Weaver and Gracie Himmelman.
Neff and Rileigh Kitchin were the offensive leaders for Perry Hall as they both had 2 RBI each.
Perry Hall was ranked 15th by the Sun and this is their first loss of the year. Eastern Tech was unranked before the game and remains undefeated on the season.
