The following article was released by Councilman David Marks about traffic improvements in the Nottingham, Middle River and Perry Hall Areas.
After many years of advocacy by our office and community leaders, the traffic light at Bucks Schoolhouse Road and Perry Hall Boulevard is nearing installation!
Lines were recently marked by Miss Utility and it is expected the light will be erected later this month.
The new traffic light at Campbell Boulevard and Bird River Road will then be installed.
The traffic circle at Honeygo Boulevard and Cross Road is expected to be constructed at the end of the year.
Also expect to see sidewalk ramps and other improvements on the Honeygo Boulevard corridor as resurfacing occurs in the Joppa/Ebenezer area later this year.
