Eastcountytimes.com projects Tim Fazenbaker as the winner of the District 9 Republican primary in the areas of Dundalk and Edgemere. He had around 40 percent of the vote.
JD Urbach had 26 percent of the vote followed by Russ Mirabile’s 21 percent with 19 of the 23 voting precincts reporting, including Early Voting.
The Democratic side is too close to call and probably won’t be decided until all the mail-in ballots have been counted.
Arika Wade is leading Mark McCluskey in votes 999 to 979.
This is an open seat after Councilman Todd Crandell decided not to run for reelection.
