Justin Holliday: “Life in Maryland has become too expensive”

-The following article and photo waa submitted by the Justin Holliday campaign, .a candidate for Maryland State Senate District 6-

Dear Voter,

I was born and raised in Dundalk, graduated from Patapsco High School, and earned my bachelor’s degree in Government and Public Policy from the University of Baltimore.

For the past eight years, I have proudly served our community as a teacher and football coach at Dundalk and Patapsco High Schools. At a time when political divisions can make us cynical about the future, my students remind me daily of the promise and potential of our next generation.

As thousands of voters have already cast their ballots, you will determine the direction of our community for the next four years on November 3rd.

I am running for State Senate because I believe District 6 has yet to reach its full potential. Our community deserves leadership that listens, puts people over politics, and delivers real results.

Life in Maryland has become too expensive. Families are struggling to make ends meet, with too many forced to choose between putting food on the table and paying their BGE bill.

Meanwhile, taxpayers continue to face rising costs while waiting for meaningful action.

Enough is enough. We have to do better.

As your State Senator, I will fight to lower taxes and fees, hold BGE accountable for skyrocketing energy costs, protect Fort Howard for our veterans, and provide meaningful tax relief for our seniors. I will also fight to rebuild our beloved Key Bridge.

I have spent eight years investing in our young people and serving the community that raised me. Now, I humbly ask for your vote on November 3rd to continue that work in Annapolis.

Together, we can build a better future for Essex, Middle River, Dundalk, Edgemere
and Rosedale.

Sincerely,

Justin Holliday
