Rosedale resident Kim Ross is expected to be choosen as the new delegate for District 8.
Ross was selected in a 5-1 vote by the six members of the 8th District Democratic State Central Committee. The entire Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee is expected to confirm Ross tonight.
