Officer V. Miceli was named Officer of the Month by the White Marsh Precinct 9. Here is the official release from Baltimore County Police.
Officer Miceli’s supervisors describe him as a proactive law enforcement officer who is a great asset to the White Marsh Precinct. Displaying those characteristics during an assault call at a business.
Officer Miceli was able to identify the suspect, place him under arrest while also finding the suspect who was connected to a string of shoplifting theft.
