Baseball

4A
Parkville is the number one seed in their region. The Knights receive a first-round. Perry Hall is the fifth seed and plays at Woodlawn on Thursday. The winner will play at Parkville Saturday at 10 a.m.
Kenwood is ranked third and hosts Dundalk on Thursday. The winner plays at Mervo in the 4A North Semifinals.

2A
Patapsco is a number one seed in the 2A North Region but didn’t play Eastern Tech or Sparrows Point during the regular season.

Sparrows Point is the fifth seed and plays at number 4 Chesapeake on Thursday. The winner plays at Patapsco in the regional semifinals.

Eastern Tech receives a first round bye and hosts Dunbar in the other 2A North Region Semifinals.

More than likely, Eastern Tech will host Sparrows Point in the Regional Finals.

Softball

The Softball playoffs starts on Thursday too. There are some number one seeds that will be challenged for the rest time this season.

4A

Dundalk is the number one seed and Perry Hall is ranked 2 in the region. Both receive byes and many schools with losing records opted out of the playoffs.

Kenwood starts the playoffs at Mervo. The winner of that game plays at Dundalk in the 4A Region Semifinals.

Perry Hall host Western in the other 4A Region Semifinals.

Dundalk is favored to host Perry Hall in the 4A North Regional Finals. The teams didn’t meet during the regular season.

2A
Chesapeake is technically the number one seed in this region. The Bayhawks host in the 2A North Regional Semifinals against Southwestern of Baltimore City.

Eastern Tech is the number two seed and will host number 3 Sparrows Point. The winner of that game will be the heavy favorite in the 2A North Regional Finals against the Chesapeake-Southwestern winner.
