The Rosedale Branch of Baltimore County Public Library is hosting an event to celebrate their new mobile vehicle on Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The event will provide free face painting, crafts, music and KONA Ice. The library is located at 6105 Kenwood Avenue.
