Two People Struck and Killed by Train in Essex

Two people were killed Sunday night when Baltimore County Fire Department reported they were “struck by Amtrak train while riding 4 wheelers on (the) track.” The incident was reported in the unit block of Schaffers Lane around 9:52 p.m. and is still under investigation.
