White Marsh Mall is hosting a Back-to-School Community Block Party on Saturday, Aug. 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the lower level near the Macy’s Home Store and JC Penny
The event will feature a variety of engaging activities, health resources, and entertainment.
The event is presented by Journey of Life Behavioral Health Services and Dream House Visions.
