The Baltimore County Police Department Crash Team is investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash that occurred in the 11900 block of Philadelphia Road in Kingsville on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at approximately 10:20 p.m.
Investigators determined the crash happened when a 2019 Nissan Altima was traveling southbound at a high rate of speed on Philadelphia Road and entered the northbound lane.
The Nissan struck a 2002 Honda Civic head-on, and the driver of the Honda, 48-year-old Noel Ong, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding this crash remain under investigation.
