Perry Hall High School announced that their math teacher Cassandra Pullin was named the 2026 MCTM Outstanding Mathematics Educator in the High School Teacher category.
This distinction was awarded by the Board of the Maryland Council Teachers of Mathematics and the application process was very competitive this year.
According to Perry Hall High School, Pullin’s video and written responses set her apart from the many candidates who were considered for the award.
MCTM released the following statement about Pullin.
“We are delighted to honor your distinction in the classroom, your dedication to students, and your contributions to the greater mathematics education community.”
