On June 29, Baltimore County Councilman David Marks and a dozen school age volunteers repainted the vandalized Recreation Council building at Perry Hall Elementary School.
“Anyone who doubts the next generation should have been with me at Perry Hall Elementary School this morning,” Councilman Marks commented. The volunteers worked for three hours in the extreme heat.
Every year, Councilman Marks’ office partners with Rock City Church’s Compassion Commission on a service project for school age children.
