The NWS reports that will change by 1 p.m. as temperatures will take a 20-30 degree plunge into the teens & 20s.

The collision occurred at Middle River Road & Pawnee Road on Dec. 22 around 7:30 p.m. Baltimore County Police is investigating the cause.
