According to police, the shooting occurred on Aug. 23 at approximately 1:55 a.m., in the 800 block of Woodrow Avenue. An adult female was pronounced deceased at the scene. The body of a missing boater was found near Miami Beach He was identified as Todd Andrew Foehrkolb of Essex. Rescue crews began searching for a missing boater on Saturday around 7:55 p.m. in the area of Miami Beach. His body was recovered on Monday morning.
