Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Team are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash last week in Fullerton. Police have determined that 69-year-old Anthony Balsamo was attempting to cross Rossville Boulevard near Rolling View Avenue when he was struck by a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe traveling westbound.
