The Dundalk Renaissance Corp. announced that the Dundalk Christmas Parade has been canceled due to the forecast of rain.
It was schedule for Saturday afternoon.
The parade is organized by the Dundalk Eastfield Rec. Council. According to the DRC, the rec. council made the decision.
The event was part of DRC’s Holiday Hoopla. Here is the DRC statement:
The Dundalk Eastfield Christmas Parade is canceled due to rain. Photos with Santa will take place in the Forge (11 Center Place) from 2-4pm. Families will be able to select their photo background thanks to the owners of Little Crystal Bijoux and Level Up Gaming.
Holiday Hoopla starts at 1:30pm and is a rain or shine event. Bring your family to the HDTC for a day of holiday fun!
