Another Middle School Boundary Meeting to be Held

The committee charged with considering boundary options for Central and Northeast area middle schools will host two public information sessions: on March 8 at 7 p.m. at Parkville High School at 2600 Putty Hill Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21234 and on March 9 at 7 p.m. at George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology at 938 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21204.

Identical information will be presented at each session. The purpose is to share options for the revised attendance boundaries. Meeting attendees will learn about the boundary process and review data used to develop the options with committee members directly.

The schools affected by this boundary change are:

Cockeysville Middle School
Dumbarton Middle School
Golden Ring Middle School
Loch Raven Academy
Middle River Middle School
Parkville Middle School
Perry Hall Middle School
Pine Grove Middle School
Ridgley Middle School
Stemmers Run Middle School

The draft options for the revised attendance areas are available online, and all members of the public are invited to participate in an online survey. The online survey will begin Wednesday, March 8, and end on Sunday, March 19, 2023.
