Dundalk Owls used their defense to hold on to a 7 to 0 win at Franklin on Friday.

The Dundalk defense picked off both of Franklin’s two quarterbacks three times in the game.

One of those interceptions was from Adonis Fuller who step up the lone touchdown of the game.

That touchdown came before halftime when Owl quarterback Ja Bonner hit Kamari Brathwaite with a 15-yard touchdown pass. Brathwaite also had an interception along with Eric Coates.

Bonner should have has two more touchdown passes in the first and third quarters but those passes were dropped in the endzone.

It was still enough as Owl defender Dale Martin had a key sack on the final drive and Brathwaite broke up a final fourth down play with :42 seconds for the win.

Dundalk improves to 6-1 and will play Dulaney this Friday.
