Baltimore County homicide detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding an Essex fatal shooting that occurred on Thursday afternoon in the 1400 block of Hadwick Drive.
When officers arrived to the scene around 2 p.m., they discovered 21-year-old Kenyon Joyner suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
Mr. Joyner was pronounced deceased at an area hospital.
